DESCRIPTION:
HOURS WILL BE NO MORE THAN 10-15 HOURS PER WEEK. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AND NIGHTS.
Assure total customer satisfaction through courteous, prompt and effective customer service both in the store environment and mail order department. This person is responsible for communicating effectively and consistently with the manager and peer associates to help maintain a positive working atmosphere, and an enjoyable shopping background for customers.
· Ensures that the quality and freshness are maintained with appropriate dating for freshness.
· Check shelf stocks on a regular basis to assure that all items are available and shelves are neat and well stocked. Report any low stock items to manager for approval/ordering.
· Provides a clean, visually exciting sales area through high standards both inside and outside of the store.
